The Makita XEC01PT1 36V (18V X2) LXT® 9" Power Cutter Kit is a professional-grade cordless cutting solution designed for concrete contractors, utility crews, roadwork professionals, metal fabricators, plumbers, and construction trades. Powered by two 18V LXT batteries for 36V performance, the brushless motor delivers up to 6,600 RPM and provides the cutting power needed for concrete, masonry, rebar, steel pipe, metal studs, and other demanding materials. The integrated water delivery system supports OSHA Table 1 dust compliance for concrete cutting applications, while Active Feedback-sensing Technology (AFT®) helps enhance user safety by shutting down the motor if wheel rotation suddenly stops. With an electric brake, brushless motor technology, and four included 5.0Ah batteries, the Makita XEC01PT1 offers the convenience of cordless operation without the maintenance requirements of gas-powered cutters.
