The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 1″ D-Handle Ext. Anvil High Torque Impact Wrench (2869-20) is engineered for the most demanding industrial, heavy-equipment, and vehicle service applications. It blends raw torque output, extended reach, and digital control in a cordless form factor. Powered by a brushless POWERSTATE™ motor and backed by REDLINK PLUS™ electronics, it delivers up to 2,000 ft-lb nut-busting torque and 1,900 ft-lb fastening torque. The extended anvil gives extra reach in recessed zones, while the D-handle layout helps control torque forces. With ONE-KEY™ integration, you can customize torque behavior, enable Lug Nut Mode, and track the tool on the job. Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, 2869-20 is sold as a bare tool (tool-only) — battery and charger are often not included. Always check the listing or spec sheet.

Lug Nut Mode is a feature in the ONE-KEY app that lets you preset a torque threshold. Once the wrench reaches that torque, it can auto shut off to avoid over-torquing lug nuts or critical fasteners.

With a HIGH OUTPUT™ HD 12.0Ah battery, it can remove/install up to about 120 lug nuts on a single charge.

The difference is the anvil length. 2869-20 is the extended anvil version (longer reach). Internally, performance and features are otherwise the same.
